NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND
HEARING ON AMENDMENT TO THE HIGHLANDS MASTER PLAN
ELEMENT OF THE BOROUGH OF ALPHA MASTER PLAN
In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, the Open Public Meetings Act and the ordinances of the Borough of Alpha, County of Warren, State of New Jersey, notice is hereby given that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Borough of Alpha Land Use Board shall be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Borough of Alpha Municipal Building, 1001 East Boulevard, Alpha Borough, Warren County, New Jersey 08865. The purposes of this Special Meeting are set forth in the following agenda:
- Call to Order
- Roll Call
- Resolutions
- Approval of minutes
- Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Master Plan via the adoption of documents entitled “Borough of Alpha, Warren County, Highlands Center Designation Plan dated June 2022” prepared by Stanley Schreck, PE, AIA, PP, CME, LEED AP, PP License 3213m Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC. Notice is specifically given that the Amendment to the Highlands Master Plan Element and Highlands Center Designation Plan, if approved , could also modify the sewer service area in the areawide WQM (Water Quality Management Plan).
- Public Comment
- Any other item of business that may properly come before the Board.
- Executive Session if Necessary
- Adjournment
Files, plans and maps and reports relating to any matter scheduled for hearing, including the “Borough of Alpha, Warren County, Highlands Center Designation Plan dated June 2022” will be posted on the Borough website 10 days prior to the meeting. Alternatively, these documents will be available for inspection during normal business hours at the Borough of Alpha Municipal Building, 1001 East Blvd., Alpha, New Jersey 07823 by contacting Donna L.
